Founded in 1989 by directors and highly qualified personnel in local and regional operational practices, with extensive experience in the maritime business, our company provides services from the Port of Montevideo, also serving vessels calling at Nueva Palmira, Fray Bentos, Punta del Este, José Ignacio Oil Buoy, and other commercial ports in Uruguay.

Throughout its years of professional activity, the company has accumulated vast experience in chartering and servicing general cargo and full container vessels, as well as tankers and gas carriers (LPG/LNG) arriving at the terminal of the main state-owned oil company and the José Ignacio Oil Buoy, passenger ships, bulk carriers, and projects.

Documentation, brokerage, provisioning, chartering, insurance (P&I), and fuel supply are just some of our activities in ship servicing. For each area, we have a suitable and up-to-date human team that also provides advice on the specific conditions of each Uruguayan port.
DOCUMENTATION
We completely and comprehensively prepare all cargo and discharge documentation for the vessel, including the information required by the shipowner, consignee, recipient, customs brokers, and other interested parties, as well as international documentation for dealings with organizations, institutions, banks, etc.
BROKERAGE
We offer cargo space in our warehouses and/or cargoes from our ports and those in the region, through an extensive network of regional and international contacts, ensuring maximum efficiency for the shipowner in terms of vessel utilization.
CHARTERING
Due to our commercial department's extensive experience, we negotiate and agree on chartering contracts in accordance with international laws and advise each of the parties involved on local regulations as well as the customs and characteristics prevalent in our ports and the region.
INSURANCE (P&I)
We provide advice on insurance for international transportation according to the particular interests of each of the parties involved, and we are qualified to represent them in case of losses, damage assessment, certifications, damage claims, and risk cancellation. In summary, we attend to the vessel, safeguarding its interests and those of the shipowner, with a service characterized by efficiency and reliability, being the only agency in Uruguay that handles vessels on full chartering.
