Our Company issues all the required documentation related with the loading and unloading of vessels, provides full information needed by the ship-owners, Consignees, Customs Brokers and other interested parties, as well as the documentation required internationally for presentation to any organization, institution, banks, etc.
BROKERAGE
We reserve cargo space, either from Ports in Uruguay or from any Port
in the region, through a network of regional and international
representatives, thus guaranteeing the ship-owners important
operational time saving.
CHARTERING
Owing to the very broad experience of our freight department, we can
negotiate and reach freight agreements in consonance with
international laws, as well as being able to give adequate guidance
to the parties involved regarding local rules and regulations, as
also as current customs and practices.
INSURANCE (P & I).
Our firm provides insurance advise regarding transport insurance,
keeping in mind the interests of the parties at interest, and in case
of claims, can assume the representation of any one party,
assessment of damage, and risk management.
Documentation handling, brokerage, provisioning, chartering, insurance (P & I) and bunkering are among the many services our Company provides to vessels, with a team of specialists that are well aware of the particular requirements of the particular Uruguayan Port involved.
In summary, we attend the vessel, looking after its interests and those of the ship-owner, by providing a reliable and efficient service. It is also noteworthy that we are the only Uruguayan Shipping Agency that accepts vessels in full chartering.
